What is TEAM

The FSMA TEAM Executive Summit gives you and your agency partners the opportunity to collaborate in your annual strategic planning process. Top level executives from both the manufacturer and the sales & marketing agency meet to set mutual goals and develop plans together to increase profitable sales growth in a neutral, relaxed setting far from everyday distractions.

How it Works

Two Formats are offered:

One2One ? meet one-on-one with agencies of your choice. You can have up to 8 high level meetings, 45

minutes each with 15 minute breaks. You design the agenda to meet the common goals of your company and your agency. Topics such as strategic planning are recommended. Tactical topics such as business reviews are discouraged.

One2All ? A sales meeting format to present to all of your attending agencies at one time. Topics may

include company strategies for 2014, new product introductions, annual marketing programs, or agency feedback. You will have a 1-hour time slot to present to up to 50 people in a single session.

Who Should Attend

Bring your high level decision makers to maximize opportunity to grow. Meeting participants include senior executives with responsibility for overall company strategy (i.e. Owner, CEO, President, VP of Sales). This approach will lead to the most impactful and profitable meetings.

When & Where

The TEAM Executive Summit is held in conjunction with Top2Top. Top2Top and TEAM meetings will be held at the Park Hyatt Aviara in Carlsbad, CA just north of San Diego, February 9 -12, 2015.
