2.1 Jericho Wind Farm Expansion Project - Level III (Vote)

NU-14-G16 – Generator notification from Northeast Utilities Service Company (“NU”)

on behalf of Queue Position #437 for the installation of two 2.85 MW wind turbine

generators at the Jericho Wind Farm. Project will interconnect to the PSNH Jericho

Road 34/.5 kV Substation in Berlin, NH. Unit name plate capability is 5.7 MWs but

due to distribution system limitations, the combined total output of the project and

QP #415 will be limited by a wind farm controller 10 12.05 MWs, a 3.5 MW increase

from the original QP #415 project. Proposed in service date of the project is November 1, 2014.

2.2 Southeast Substation Project – Level II (Vote)

NEP-14-T10 – Transmission notification from New England Power Company (“NEP”)

for the construction of a new Southeast Substation located in Pawtucket, RI. Project will

consist of two 115/13.8 kV 33/44/55 MVA LTC transformer supplied via taps off the X3

and T7 Lines. In addition, at Pawtucket No. 1 substation, move the T74 115/13.8 kV

transformer to the T71 transformer position and retire existing T71 115/13.8 kV transformer

and associated 13.8 kV indoor bus. Proposed in service date of the project is December 1, 2018.

NU-14-G17 – Generator notification from Northeast Utilities Service Company (“NU”)

on behalf of CF CVEC Owner One LLC the installation of a 1.083 MW solar array

located in Brewster, MA and interconnecting to the NU Harwich Substation #968,

#118 transformer via the 23 kV feeder #89A. Proposed in service date of the project is

September 5, 2014.

on behalf of Coventry Photovoltaic LLC for the construction of a 2.2 MW solar array located

in Coventry, VT and interconnecting to the H17 45 kV line out of the Irasburg substation.
