GREY WATER RECYCLING SYSTEM

Product: PL90 Greywater Recycling Systems as manufactured by Canplas Industries Ltd.

Certification: IAPMO Certificate of Listing for Reclaimed Water Conservation System for Flushing Toilets.

Design: The Recover system captures the grey water before it leaves the building, applies filtration and adds a small amount of chlorine for disinfection. The grey water is then stored in a tank to be used to flush toilets.

The plumbing lines to the toilet(s) are run directly from the Recover system and are separate from the potable water supply lines.

The grey water supply lines are typically purple colored pipe to indicate it is non potable water.

When a toilet is flushed, an efficient pump supplies the grey water to refill the toilet tank.
