? We are excited to launch a new carpet promotion for the NEW YEAR! Starting 12/20/12 ? 03/06/13, THD

will offer a Buy More Save More on all carpet installation jobs. There is no minimum purchase.

? Two barcodes (one for 2 Rooms and another for 3+ Rooms) will be added to the Weekly Promo Sheet on My

Apron: o My Apron / My Store > Promotions ? Weekly Promo Barcode Sheet

IMPORTANT PROMO NOTES: - Promotion includes all carpet ? not limited to MSL/PP - Bid Room/VPP jobs are not eligible for this promotion - No Minimum purchase; but the customer must purchase product, pad and labor - Glue down jobs are not eligible - Commercial jobs are not eligible - No special barcode is needed for F&I jobs. Barcodes are based on the number of rooms being installed only - Stairs are charged separate and are not counted as a room

**Notes: Whole house installation cost is for basic installation only. Rip up and haul away, furniture moving, and other optional charges are not included. Promotional offer cannot be combined with other offers.

Change Impact ? Effective 12/19/12 through 12/20/12, the following changes will occur: o The $37 Carpet Install Promo will end on 12/19/12 ? jobs quoted with this promo can process the job up to two weeks after the promo end date. o The New offer will be processed thru a Barcode located on the Weekly Promotion Sheet and HDMS (MeasureComp) Website. o A new "BMSM" sign package PE4028 will be shipped to your store to arrive by 12/19/12

Processing Instructions

Any quotes in process that include the $37 Carpet Install promotion will be honored for a two week period ? $37 Carpet Install coupon barcodes will remain active through 01/03/13 ONLY to honor existing quotes

created prior to 12/20/12 ? After 01/03/13, markdowns will be required to honor any quote with promo pricing created prior to 12/20/12
