Overview

The SAP Time Manager's Workplace is a Time Management tool that provides an integrated user interface to maintain time data.

All time data can be entered, corrected, and completed on one

screen

Time administrators automatically see a list of the employees

for whom they are responsible without making any selections

manually.

There are various views (such as the multi-day, multi-person,

and one-day view) available for the Time Administrators to

maintain this time data

The actual screen layouts and scope of functions displayed in

the Time Managers Workplace (TMW) has been customised to

reflect Prasa relevant information

Overview

The purpose of this transaction is to access the Time Manager's Workplace.

Menu Path

Ensure that the SAP Easy Access screen is displayed. Select Human Resources Time Management Administration PTMW ? Time Manager's Workplace OR Enter transaction code PTMW in the Command field and click on the

Enter button.

Time Data Maintenance

The Time Data Maintenance Multi-day view screen is displayed.
