TIMECLOCK PLUS MANAGER INSTRUCTIONS

As a manager of non-exempt employees, you must review and approve work time submitted by your

employees no later than 10:00 a.m. CST each Monday morning. In the event of any absence you are

responsible for ensuring you have notified your backup approver and they are aware of their

responsibilities.

TimeClock Plus is our timekeeping system used for hourly, non-technician employees to record all hours

worked and benefit hours such as vacation, wellness, etc. As the manager you will approve your

employee¡¯s time by 10am every Monday. EVERY MONDAY AT 10AM TIME IS PULLED AND UPLOADED

INTO ADP.

Your User ID is your xupe13xxx and your password is foley. PLEASE CHANGE THIS ASAP.

To change your Password

In the upper right corner select your Name > My Options > Passwords Enter your current password

and a new password and confirmation > Update

Logging in

From the Foley home page, click on Other Info > TimeClock Plus

Manager NEW > enter User ID/Password > Log On

Dashboard/Approving Time

This is on your home page and the easiest way to approve

employee¡¯s time.

? Review the Missed Punches, Pending Time Off Requests, and Required Approvals section

? If no changes are needed approve the times by selecting the individual check mark next to the

appropriate name (see details below for needed adjustments)

Another option to approve the entire departments hours select Jump to Group Hours

? Ensure the date range is correct and select Update

? If hours are correct you can easily approve them all by checking the box in the top left corner

? Resolve Period > Manager Approval >

Approve > Apply

Ensure the date range is correct and select Update

Manage Segments - You can edit, delete and split segments of time (used when an employee

forgets to punch in/out from lunch). Date, time and job codes can be corrected

If time is already approved you must unapprove it BEFORE you can make any corrections.

When time needs to be amended select Jump to Group Hours

Ensure the date range is correct and select Update

+ Add segment - allows you to manually enter time for your employee. Employee name, date,

time and job code will need to be entered

Select Next and Finish

Request Manager

You can view and approve/deny your entire staff¡¯s time off

Use Jump to Request Manager

This is helpful in approving time off to ensure you have

business needs met
