Direct and teach in the Masters of Arts in Counseling program. Manage department of 4. Redesigned entire program including both content and delivery system, launched September, 2005. Responsible for all aspects of the program, including supervision, assessment, and advisement of all students, coordination of the teaching schedule with faculty, assistance in the promotion of the program, and supervision of the Internship Coordinator and program assistant. Duties also include teaching 4 courses per year. Courses have included: Human Development, Helping Relationships, Psychopathology, History & Systems of Psychology, Psychological Assessment, Interpersonal Relationships, Advanced Topics: Borderline Personality Disorder, Sex Therapy, Counseling Ethics, Multicultural Counseling, and Internship Seminar. Developed a parent competency evaluation protocol to be used at Riverbend. Completed forensic evaluations in child custody and violence risk assessment. Involved with agency management of clinical services for high-risk consumers. Received specialized training and supervision in violence risk assessment by Robert Kinscherff, Ph.D., J.D., and the NH Division of Health and Human Services.
