How it all began: Exhibitors at Overland Expo 2009, including Title Sponsors Four Wheel Campers, Sportsmobile West, Equipt, Expedition Exchange, & Overland Journal; and Prime Exhibitors AT Overland, ARB, AutohomeUS, Baja Designs, Global Expedition Vehicles, Jeep, Toyota, and special sponsor Land Rover Las Vegas; plus 43 other exhibitors, feature vehicles, authors & organizations.

Growing INDUSTRY

The growth continues! In 2018 our WEST show sold out our exhibitor spaces and saw a huge spike in total attendee numbers--we hosted 16,000 total people onsite. We expect another big bump for this year, aiming for 18,000+ onsite and 600 Overland Experience premium package attendees.

Serious CUSTOMERS

Overland Expo connects you with people who are serious about overlanding products, services, and educational opportunities.

We deliver customers, not bodies: expect to be engaged with consumers who want to know about your product, and have the means to purchase high-quality gear and services. Our feedback speaks volumes (buzz).

About

FORT TUTHILL

This historic property is just minutes from vibrant downtown Flagstaff, Arizona, the gateway to the Grand Canyon and Four Corners region. Fort Tuthill is Coconino County's fairgrounds, with easy paved access just off Interstate 17 and across from the airport; buildings and ramadas; campground for 1000 units plus adjacent unlimited Coconino National Forest dry camping; and best of all, all-weather access with pine trees throughout. The site also has an adventure ropes course and miles of mountain bike trails. We run a free shuttle to and from parking in southern Flagstaff throughout the weekend.

- 5 min. from Flagstaff 's Pulliam Airport and 2.5 hours (146 miles) from Phoenix's Sky Harbor International Airport.

- Professional driving skills course onsite, plus an adventure-motorcycling teaching area-- with obstacles & challenges.

- Food onsite provided by local food and beverage trucks, plus our signature bar featuring craft drinks.

- Markets, fuel, and other services moments away in Flagstaff, via an easy frontage road.

- Reserve an RV site in the region early if you have a large RV that does not fit our limits (no toy haulers or Class A motorhomes).

Showcase PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

SELL

Overland Expo offers 11 exhibitor levels for you to be involved, with affordable pricing at all levels. The chart on the next page shows details at each level. Please note: an application for exhibitor space does not guarantee placement; once approved, you will be invoiced and payment must be received within 48 hours or your application will be deleted. Please do NOT apply if you do not intend to pay upon receipt of invoice.

Size - Exhibit spaces are on either pavement or grass/ forest clearing, and will be marked with discreet numbered tape or flags. Note: you MUST fit within your purchased footprint-size (see chart, next page). Additional square footage may be purchased if available.

Location - There are limited tree/shade spaces available. Prime+ and Feature+ are in high-traffic, corner, or premium locations near activity hubs.

Staff - This is the number of staff included with your exhibit package; each person receives badge, happy hour tickets, and a Sunday banquet ticket. If you need to add staff (legitimate staff/workers only), you may purchase additional badges.

Guest passes - One-day guest passes to give to your VIPs; see chart, next page. These may not be used for adding staff. Guest passes must be requested; in April, you will be emailed a link with coupon-codes that you share with your guests; instructions will be included in the email.

Selling product - We want you to have product to sell! This is a highly qualified group we are delivering to you. They are enthusiasts and are proven buyers. Consider offering special show deals--this will increase your sales.

You will need a temporary AZ resale license (see link on registration page, exhibitor-west).

Hotels - There are many hotels just moments away in southern Flagstaff. Options are noted on our website flagstaff#hotels

Camping - You may dry camp free at your site only within your footprint. Reservations at the organized campground begin in December.

Daycare - Free daycare onsite.

Attendee bags - Your printed materials will be placed in attendee info packs / attendee bags if received by the stated deadline. (Size restrictions apply.)
