Invoices must clearly indicate the tire brand and SKU; please circle or highlight this information. Limit one mail-in offer per qualifying purchase. Only two rebates per household. Offer available only at participating US Toyota dealerships. Purchases from warehouse clubs, mass merchandisers, and national retailers, as well as any other nonparticipating retailers are not eligible for this promotion. Eligible SKUs set by Dealer Tire.
