One crucial accomplishment was during the aftermath of Hurricane Maria, when many of the components of parenteral nutrition were in such short supply, that a program was required to ensure the judicious use of this limited resource. With my support, the team was able to provide this needed resource to the most critical patients and work collaboratively with clinicians to maximize safe, non-parenteral methods of nutrition. *Guideline for the Peri-operative Provision of Enteral Nutrition, 2016IU Health Methodist Hospital*Trauma Program Operational Process Performance Improvement Committee, 2016-presentIU Health Methodist Hospital*POWERR/ERA Perioperative Nutrition Committee, IU Health Academic Health Center2016-presentPost-operative Committee Co-Chair2016-2018*Total Parenteral Nutrition, Rapid Improvement Exercise, 2016IU Health Academic Health Center*Guideline for the Appropriate Use of Parenteral Nutrition in the Hospitalized Patient, 2017IU Health Methodist Hospital *Doctor of Dietetics Program Development Focus Group, Indiana University2017-present*Guideline for the Administration of Volume Based Feeding in the ICU Patient, 2018IU Health Methodist HospitalPROFESSIONALLocal*Trauma Clinical Process Improvement Team, Grant Medical Center, Columbus, OH2011-2016*Surgery/Anesthesia Clinical Process Improvement Team, Grant Medical Center, 2013-2016Columbus, OH *Trauma Peer Review Committee, Grant Medical Center, Columbus, OH2011-2016*Surgery Peer Review Committee, Grant Medical Center, Columbus, OH2014-2016*Venous Thromboembolism Work Team, Grant Medical Center, Columbus, OH2013-2016*Airway Management Work Team, Grant Medical Center, Columbus, OH2014*Disaster Preparedness Work Team, Grant Medical Center, Columbus, OH2014-2016*Surgical Guidance Workgroup, Grant Medical Center, Columbus, OH2014-2016National*JAMA Surgery, Ad hoc Manuscript Reviewer2018-present*Eastern Association for the Surgery of Trauma, Membership Committee2015-2018*Eastern Association for the Surgery of Trauma, Career Development Committee2018-present*American Association for the Surgery of Trauma, Communications Committee2018-present*American Society of Parenteral and Enteral Nutrition2018-presentNutrition Support Fundamentals and Review Course CommitteeInternational*International Journal of Academic Medicine, Advisory Board2015-2016 INVITED PRESENTATIONSLocal*Thoracic Trauma: What About the Ribs?;
