About AFP-IN

The Association for Financial Professionals of Indiana (AFP-IN) is a not-for-profit association dedicated to advancing the treasury profession. AFP-IN is a regional affiliate of the AFP, a national association with similar aims and objectives. Our membership consists of both treasury practitioners and service providers, representing a broad cross-section of corporate, government, not-for-profit and service enterprises. Our members represent diverse industries: manufacturing, service, retail, public utilities, insurance, not-for-profit, real estate, financial services, wholesale distribution, government and higher education. AFP-IN seeks to provide members with opportunities to remain current regarding treasury topics and issues, learn new skills and network with other treasury and financial professionals.

About EPCOR

On July 1, 2009, Mid-America Payment Exchange and Payments Central merged and EPCOR was born. As a member-focused association with a long and solid history of personalized member services, EPCOR is devoted to providing our members and other organizations with payments and risk management information, education, support and national industry representation.

Uniting two of the industry's most significant associations, EPCOR is a more robust and influential organization uniquely positioned to foster and promote improvement of payment systems and to support you and your organization.

AFP-IN Monthly Meetings

From October through June, AFP-IN holds a monthly meeting on the third Tuesday of each month. AFP-IN monthly meetings are approved for CTP credits by the Association for Financial Professionals (AFP). One of the most beneficial aspects of membership in AFP-IN is the development of a network of professional contacts. Our members possess a wealth of information and experience, and are always willing to exchange ideas, concerns and solutions to treasury management problems.

Scholarship Information

One of the features that distinguishes AFP-IN from other regional or national treasury associations is its scholarship program. AFP-IN began awarding scholarships in 1992. Since that time, the Association has awarded over $82,000 in scholarships to students majoring in finance and attending Indiana institutions of higher learning. AFP-IN will continue this tradition of recognizing promising students by awarding scholarships at this year's conference. Winners will receive a scholarship to the college or university they are attending. Proceeds from AFP-IN's annual conference help support the scholarship program. This year, one talented individual will receive a $2,000 scholarship.

Food Drive

AFP-IN is once again using the annual conference as an opportunity to support Indiana charitable organizations. During the AFP-IN conference we will be accepting donations on behalf of Second Helpings, Inc. ( ). It may be a helpful reminder to note this on your calendar with the conference dates. Second Helpings, Inc. prefers institutional size donations (large cans/jars/boxes), but will take any food donations as well as monetary donations. Donor receipts will be available at the conference. More details are available at afp-.
