Exam 712/713 ? Typing Test Materials, including scratch paper and pencil, are NOT allowed.

Check-In Requirements

USPS candidates are required to bring one (1) form of valid, non-expired, government issued, photo bearing identification to the test site. Valid forms of identification include but are not limited to:

o Drivers License o U.S. Employment Authorization card/Document o U.S. Passport or U.S. Passport Card o U.S. Military ID (must include picture) o U.S. Permanent Resident Card/Green card o U.S. State/Federal Issued ID Card (Including U.S. Postal Service Employee ID) o U.S. Government Issued Visa o U.S. Territories IDs are acceptable (Puerto Rico, Guam, US. Virgin Islands) o U.S. Postal Service Employee ID ? There is no exception to the forms of identification allowed. ? The IDs listed above must bear a PHOTO to be accepted. ? The ID must be original and permanent. No photocopies or faxes will be accepted. ? The ID must also be current and legible. ? The name listed on the scheduling website must be the same name appearing on the ID. ? Temporary Paper License or receipts are NOT acceptable forms of identification. ? For any discrepancies, use the Acceptable Names Discrepancy document to determine if the candidate's name variance will be permitted. ? Photo of candidate will NOT be taken. o

Materials are NOT allowed

Score Reports Candidates will not see or receive scores at the test site.
