09/28/11: mylars were submitted to city last week. Team has not received notification from city. District will provide payment of fees with the exception of grading & $88 process fee. PM & BDI to coordinate.

10/04/11: Contractor has paperwork for permits for processing. Contractor will make an appt with city to pull permits.

10/12/11: PM has requested CM to handle coordinate with city to pull permits. CM contacted city via email and voice message for status of permit.

10/19/11: CM/PM to meet @ District after meeting to process check request

10/26/11: City permit check processed and fees paid in full. THIS ITEM IS CLOSED

10/25/11:BDi noted potential bidders for the electrical project have been accessing the construction site. KWalker to inform LHippe/District to send out notification to potential bidders to stay out of construction site.
