TRADE.TXT (on SINGLE TERMINAL: trade file for sub broker)2. TRADES.CSV (Member file which have all trading id’s trades.)Or 31_07536.txt (DD_memberid.txt) (on FTP: trades file for member only)(Both files have multiple terminal ids’ trades). CTT file4. Setp.csv (This is for settlement records file.)Margin file from exchange:5. c_mg02_memberid_ddmmyyyy.csv (on FTP: Cash margin file )Security Transaction Tax File from Exchange:6. mwst_memberid_ ddmmyyyy.csv (on FTP: this file is for Security transaction tax) Closing Rate File:7. ddmm0000.md (on FTP: Closing Rate file for Cash Market)FLT File:Flt file of both pool a/c (NSDL and CDSL), and both Beneficiary file (NSDL and CDSL)Copy all these file in data file folder.After downloading these files from FTP or from terminal please follow these steps for Daily Transaction as described below:Step1: Go to Master>>Settlement Schedule1Add routine BSE settlement here.And for NSE settlement user can either add settlement manually or import SETP.CSV provided by exchange. To import setp.csv click button Import from NSE Import Sett. Sch.1Note:-User can import SETP.CSV on weekly basis because on import; system opens at least 10 next settlements.Step2: Trade Import4562131 Trade Import for NSE—Whatever trades you do on Trading Terminal daily, goes in to trade file folder in front office and we have to import it into our back office software for further processing. The file named Trade.txt contains all the trades done on front office terminal1. TRADE.TXT (on SINGLE TERMINAL: trade file for sub broker)OrDate_memberid.txt (on FTP: trades file for member Import Trade file or FTP file (FTP file have multiple terminal id’s trades). Sauda date : Select trade date and select actual code basis and Press Enter.File type : Select trade.txt for sub broker onlySelect FTP file for main member onlyFile name : It will automatically appear and explore for correct file locations.Pro trade a/c code : Type pro type’s trades code (pro trades automatically go in this code)(For by default selection set in system file maintenance. After setting it will automatically appear).Pick client Code fromRemark: Tick ON IT if using remark for client code. (The order file which have already imported. Users have to import order file first and then tick here).Click on >>>PROCEED<<< And then click on Exit.Be care full about without client code trades.2 Trade Import for BSE3 Trade Import for DSE 4 Import StatisticsStep3: 5 Trade EditStep4: 6 Transfer to MainStep5: STT ImportSecurity Transaction Tax files (STT) NSE + BSE: Compulsory for sub broker and main broker.)Next step for user will be to import Security Transaction Tax file.Note: Software has facility to calculate Security Transaction Tax while generating settlement bill. So if user wants to calculate Security Transaction Tax on bill processing then no need to import this file and skip this step otherwise do the following:Security Transaction Tax files Import: (Compulsory for sub broker and main broker.) Import both files NSE or BSE one by one if working on both exchanges.BSE STT file: CLNTSTT<DDMMYYYY>>.DFC and MBRSTT<DDMMYYYY>.DFCNSE STT file: MWST_memberid_DDMMYYYY.csvSelect STT file and press import button to import. If such client’s record come which client code have not opened in client master then first open client code in client master and then click on >>>Edit Without Client<<< to modify client code here.After importing these file click on >>>STT Posting/Deletion/Print <<< to post STT records in client’s financial ledger. User can view STT annexure, STT day reports from this option.STT Import for NSE Exchange:STT Import for BSE ExchangeStep 6: STT Posting/Deletion/Printing After importing STT file, user will have to post STT details in client’s financial ledger.Transaction Date : Select transaction date for posting.Posting Date : This posting date will automatically appear, user can change it; if required.STT Tag : Leave this unchanged.Narration Type : Narration type will automatically appear and if want to change then go to Utility / System File Maintenance.Control Bank : Exchange Control bank will automatically appear and user can change it if required.Branch Id : Select branch id for specific branch’s client viewing STT recordsSelective Client : Select client code for specific client STT to view.And Press Button >>>PROCESSING<<< for posting in client’s financial ledger. Or Press Button >>>View<<< for view the STT records. Or Press Button >>>Print<<< to print the STT records.Note: And if user want to delete previous STT posting then select Transaction date and tick on >>>Delete Posting Only<<< and press button >>>PROCESSING<<< to delete STT postingfrom financial ledger.For NSE ExchangeFor BSE ExchangeStep7: Net Position-Client Wise/Scrip WiseAfter importing trades, check Client-Scrip Wise Net Position either selective settlement or in trade date range of all clients.Settlement No.: Select settlement of NSE or BSE exchange.OrEnter current trade date from and to date (same trade date) for one day position. And analyze the Net position. Click on VIEW (F11) or Click on Print to print report.View ReportNote: If all Client-Scrip Wise Net Position reports is ok then do Brokerage Recalculation and If client wise net position miss match then go to DAILY option >> Trade Editing.Step8: Trade Editing Trades Entry / Modify option will allow user to enter new trades or modify daily imported from file trades. User can change client code or add new off market trades from this option.To modify trades, select settlement number and trade date. Be care full while modifying trades. From this option user can add new client code, new client’s brokerage etc.Note: User can edit or change client code to match position of wrong client code or add extra off market trades from this option too.Again check Client-Scrip Wise Net Position from Reports option and check net position.Step9: Closing/Clg Rate/DPM Rate File importNo Delivery updation in BSE and NSENo Delivery for BSE.Check your net position if you have traded in no delivery type scrips then update no delivery to do so follow these stepsFor BSE, open No Delivery Import Closing Rate File from >>> Daily / Closing –Clg. Rate Import <<<. Select BSE exchange, Select file name (CP<dd-mm-yyyy) and Select BSE rolling settlement number and Click on Import Now to import rate file.Step10: No Delv. File Updation (Automatically)And after closing rate import Go to >>> Clearing <<< and click on >>> Clearing Rate Entry <<< From this option user can manually update closing rate.Select current date BSE Rolling settlement and show. This will show all scrip (in which trades have done) and set no delivery flag as “Y” and insert Clearing Rate in Clearing rate option and save it. User can import no delivery flag file named (DMTND or BCCF) file provided by BSE exchange for automatic no delivery flag updation. After updating clearing rate and no delivery flag; save records and exit from this option and go to >>Daily/Brokerage Recalculation << for further processing.Go to Clearing >> Clg Rate File and select No Delv. File Import/Updation(F7)Following window will openStep11: Clg Rate Entry Step11.1: No Delivery File importNo Delivery for NSE.Check your net position if you have traded in no delivery type scrip then update no delivery file. To check no delivery in NSE follows these steps.Go to >>> Daily / Corporate Actions / No Delivery File Transfer <<<From this option import no delivery file name (CPRACT.CSV) provided by NSE Exchange.And user can do manual NSE no delivery updation by clicking in following options >>> Daily / Corporate Actions / No Delivery Manual Entry <<<After updation of no delivery scrip either from file or from manual then go to following option>>> Daily / Corporate Actions / No Delivery Updation <<<In this option select NSE exchange settlement number and proceed for updation.Note: Check >> client wise net position<< either BSE or NSE settlement and if any scrip not in No Delivery Periods then no need to update no delivery FILE.Step12: Brokerage Recalculation After checking all positions and no delivery too, go to >>> Daily / Brokerage Recalculation <<<Settlement No: Select settlement here and from – to transaction date will automatically appear.Process All Type Brokerage in Single Go: If ticked here then system will calculate all brokerage automatically.Next Settlement No: If you are doing brokerage recalculation on BSE type trades then select next settlement number of BSE.Otherwise in case of NSE type trade this (Next Settlement No) will not appear.Note: The box Next Settlement No is for no delivery in BSE type trade. In this settlement number all trades done in previous settlement will be carryover on BSE closing rate.Select this for Brokerage Recalculation on BSE type trades (In case of NSE this option will not appear)Tick here to calculate all brokerage automatically in single goSelect/ Enter sett no. and press enter. (From-to transaction date will appear automatically )Without Brokerage Client Wise: With this option user can view without brokerage clients.Daily>>Without Brokerage client WiseIt will show the list of all clients without brokerageSelect a row to see trade details without brokerage It will show the trade details of selected client without brokerageStep13: Final Scrip Wise ObligationThis option is used for main broker of NSE/BSETick here to print report in alphabeticallyStep14: Contract NoteAfter doing Brokerage Recalculation next step is to Generate Contract Note from this option.User will have to generate contract note exchange by exchange. For this do the following.Select exchange as NSE or BSE?Select settlement numberSelect transaction date (by default this transaction date will automatically appear).?Select contract type for normal type trades or custodian type trades.?Select stationery type either plain paper or pre printed format for printingTick on Generate Contract Nos. to generate contract numbers?And Click on VIEW (F11) or Click on Print to print contract report.Note: Read carefully before generating contract notes. And after generating contract notes, user can print or send email to clients.For digital contract note go to >>> Daily / Contract Notes / Contract Note (HTML)-New<<< and first of all user will have to purchase digital certificate then use this option. For more details please refer Digital Contract Note head on this document.Step15: Net Obligation Posting (Obligation Based)After generation contract numbers go to Next step is for settlement bill posting in client’s financial ledger. To do this go in >>> Delivery / Net Obligation Posting-Summary / Net Obligation Posting (Obligation Based) <<< From this option user can generate settlement bill and posts in client financial ledger.Enter following Details:Settlement No.: Select settlement number either NSE or BSESelection: Select for cancel posting if already posted in financial ledger.Selective client if any: User can select specific client to delete or post the bill.Pay in date/payout date: This date will automatically appear Exit where jobbing qty Mismatch: This is automatically ticked (it will not process settlement bill if brokerage recalculation not done.)Process NSE Pay in/ Payout Also: Tick here to process exchange’s pay-in payout in bank ledger.Transfer Brokerage: Tick here to transfer brokerage in brokerage account of this settlement.Re-Calculate STT: Tick here to post security transaction tax in client’s financial ledger.And click on >>> Proceed <<< to post the settlement bill.Tick here to process exchange ’s pay-in-payout in demat ledgerNote: To cancel the settlement bill click on Cancel Posting and click on proceed.Step16: Automatic Delivery MarkingAfter processing obligationGo to >>> Delivery / Automatic Delivery Marking<<< MenuAfter generation of settlement bill user will have to generate delivery bill. When settlement bill is processed then system generates delivery quantity at zero rate for delivery marking. To do this, follow the following steps.Select Exchange settlement number and press enter, pay in – payout date will automatically appear.Select Delivery Type Option. If user select Market In then click on In Process,Client In then Click on In Process,Market Out then Click on Out ProcessClient Out then Click on Out ProcessNote: If client want to delete all bill then do the following steps.?Select Exchange settlement number and press enter; pay in – payout date will automatically appear.Select Delivery Type option. Step 2: Configure your Outlook Express (Optional) on your Paid E-Mail account to send Digital Contract Notes. Do this step only if the client wants to send the mails through Outlook otherwise they can send mails directly. Step 3: Log on to . Click on ‘Downloads’ and Download file DLLSETUP.EXE in program folder. Run DLLSETUP.EXE & give destination folder path of your program folder, it will register all the required dll files in the registry.Step 4: Go to Master >> Client Master. Enter the Client Code of the Client to whom you want to send Digital Contract Note and enter his E-mail Id Enter Client code and press enter Enter email id Step5: Change following parameters: Set Gen Contract ‘Y’ (to enable) Contract Type = Digital Tick on Move to folder Save the information. Set Gen contract type ‘ y ’ Select contract type Digital Tick on sign for mail and move to folders Click on save Note: Update the record of all the clients you want to send ‘Digital Contract Notes’. Step 6: Login in package. Go to Master and Click on Mail/FTP/Digital/SMTP Setup. Fill all informationStep 7: Select the mail gateway : DIRECT >> To send the mail directly to the sender. Outlook >> To Send the mail thru Outlook Express. Enter the following details For Example :- SMTP host name :: smtp.ncr.airtelbroandband.in // smtp details SMTP login id :: test.airtelbroandband.in // email login id SMTP password :: ***** // email login password SMTP ports :: 25 // port no. using for sending mail These Options are also mandatory For Example :- Your Company Official Mail Id : test.airtelbroandband.in ( mail id on which bounced mail returns)Certificate Registered Mail Id : test.airtelbroadband.in ( digital certificate mail id ) Digital File Folder :C:\Datafile\Digital ( path of folder where digital/html files created ) Folder Structure : Date-Client wise ( folder created) Click on Cert. Imp Step 7: To Import the Digital Signature Certificate.Go to Master Menu, ‘DIGITAL\MAIL\FTP Setup’. Click on Cert Imp Button. Following window will open Browse for the File name for the Digital Certificate and Enter the password and Click on ‘Import’ Button. Step 8: Now Click On to check the SMTP connection. If the message shows you unsuccessful connection then allow in firewall/antivirusStep 9: For transferring the files on FTP server. Select the check box and Give the Inputs like: For Example :- I.P. Password???????? :? ?****** Local path???????? : c:\datafiles\clientRemote path???? : public_html\datafiles\client Now click on button and check its status. Save the SMTP/ FTP details. Step 10: Go to Daily menu, Click Contract Note [HTML] new. Following window will openTick on Move to folders and Sign Document to make log only. If user wants to mail then tick on Move to folders Sign Document and send mail.Click on HTML Details. It will new window will open as shown below:Enter the name of the concerned person and address and other details Address of the corporate Office and other details Save all details Step 11: To see whether the Contract Note has been sent or not, Click on the log button in Master ‘DIGITAL/MAIL/FTP Setup’ or you can also see from the option Utilities >> Digital Signed Log. Enter Date of the contract notes generated and Click on View, here you will find the sending information of digital contact notes.
