First time you log in or after your password has been reset you will need to change your

password:

New Password:

CANNOT be your birth date

CANNOT be one of your last two passwords (the system

remembers your last two passwords)

Establish your security questions and select Finish:

If you have worked for more than one Doyon Family of Companies; select the

appropriate company:

? Your UltiPro account will automatically lock if you do not log in at least once

Every 120 days and you will need to contact your HR office to reset your password.

? You have 3 tries to successfully enter your password before the system will lock

your account and you will need to contact your HR office to reset your password.

? Select security questions and answers that are EASY to remember.

? If you do not remember your password enter your user name and click ¡°Forgot your

password?¡±

1. Enter your user name and click on Forgot your password?

2. Enter your user name and select ¡°Go¡±

3. Answer your 3 security questions and click Next

Answer your three security questions:

4. Read the instructions then enter a new password and confirm password. Click

Reset Password.

Enter new password and confirm password:

CANNOT be your birth date

CANNOT be one of your last two passwords.

(the system remembers your last two passwords)

5. Enter your User Name and New Password then click Log In

You may also reset your password by:

1. While logged into UltiPro, hover over your name and select Change Password

2. Enter your Current Password > New Password > Confirm Password > Select OK

3. Select your Password Reset Delivery Method and select > Continue
