Annular pancreas is a rare congenital migratory abnormality, with a reported incidence rate of up to 1 in 1000, and is due to incomplete rotation of the ventral anlage around the duodenum that leads to the pancreas encircling the second part of the duodenum[84]. These patients are asymptomatic and it is usually an incidental finding on CT or MRI. ................
