If your service is disconnected for nonpayment, you will be required to pay your entire bill plus a $65.00 IAW disconnect fee and a $25.00 administration fee along with a sewer deposit to get your service restored.* You have the right, in person, by attorney, or other representative, to contest the disconnection of your water service for non payment of sewer at a hearing held for that purpose. You must request a hearing by delivering to the Town Hall, 540 Tracy Road, Suite A, New Whiteland, IN 46184, within seven (7) days of the date of the disconnect notice, a written hearing request. You will then be notified of the date, time and place of the hearing. ................
