C.E. Handouts: Handouts / learning assessment will be available electronically for participants.

C.E. Credit: Successful completion of each CE session requires continuous attendance, signing the roster, completion of the CPE Verification Form, and completion of the Evaluation/Learning Assessment form. Credit may be earned for individual sessions. A total of 0.45 CEUs (4.5 contact hours) of continuing pharmacy education credit may be earned at this Residents’ CE seminar.

Pharmacists and Technicians must enter their CPE ID number and their personal MM/DD – on their Verification Forms to facilitate the credit award process. Significant delays in providing this information may jeopardize credit award. Credit uploaded to participant eProfile accounts expected within 14 business days.
