OREDIGGER FOOTBALL CAMP

We (I) request that you accept the application for enrollment of (name) in the 2021 Oredigger Football Camp during the dates set forth in this application, and in consideration of your acceptance of the application, we (I) hereby release Montana Tech of The University of Montana and the Montana University System, as well as all Tech and other System employees, including but not limited to the Oredigger Camp and all Camp employees and other Camp representatives, from all claims arising from any injuries which may be sustained by our (my) son while he is attending the 2021 Oredigger Football Camp. I recognize that the Oredigger Football Camp will require all participants to engage in hard physical contact and physically strenuous activities which increase the risk of serious participant injury.

Furthermore, I certify that within the past year, my son has had a physical examination and that he is physically able to participate in football activities.

In the event of illness or injury, we (I) hereby give any consent for medical treatment and permission to the attending physician to hospitalize, secure proper treatment and order injections, anesthesia or surgery.

2021 TEAM CAMP FEATURES

Montana Tech Team Football Camp offers you the opportunity to enhance your individual skills in a team atmosphere. You will learn the fundamentals that will make you a championship player on a championship team. Our experienced staff will emphasize individual and fundamental techniques while your own coaches will bring these teachings together to enhance your team's offensive and defensive schemes.

COST:

There is no cost to coaches attending if their teams are staying in the dorm. Food, beverages, lodging and coaching shirts will be provided. No Refunds After June 1st

OVERNIGHT CAMPERS

11-MAN TEAM $200 per player - Team staying in dorm $165 per player - For commuter

6/8-MAN TEAM $200 per player $165 for commuter

CANCELLATION POLICY

A $30.00 administration fee will be deducted for cancellations before May 31st regardless of situation.

NO REFUNDS after May 31st.

WHAT TO BRING

A signed physical form to provide at check-in.

Equipment: Helmet, shoulder pads, jersey, mouth piece, practice pants with pads, football shoes, shorts, t-shirts, and socks. Must have insurance information. Equipment will not be provided by Montana Tech.

Personal items: Sleeping bag, pillows, and a towel. Bring spending money for free time. Towels will not be provided. Montana Tech is not responsible for lost or stolen items!

DAY #3 Skelly Shootout/ Lineman Competition Scrimmage Shootout *Teams with JV's we will Schedule Scrimmage & Skelly With them as well each day.
