Ensuring Quality Leadership SOE Representative, University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee: The Department of Administrative Leadership and UWM School of Business were awarded a grant to establish a partnership between Milwaukee Public School principals and Milwaukee CEOs who meet on a monthly basis to develop an ongoing linkage between schools and businesses. Various meetings were established that allowed discussion between these two groups. As administrative faculty, my role was to moderate the groups and facilitate dialogue among the participants.
