SCHOLARSHIP NOTICE 2021-22
Sub: Government of Uttar Pradesh Scholarship/Fee Reimbursement Scheme
to the students of UP State for the session 2021-22.
The Government of Uttar Pradesh has launched SAKSHAM (Scholarship and fee reimbursement online
system) portal to provide e-scholarship to millions of Uttar Pradesh state students. The students belongs
to SC/ST/OBC and General category who are eligible for Government of Uttar Pradesh scholarship
(fresh/renewal) for the session 2021-22 are hereby directed to submit their filled in application on or
before 21.10.2021 along with following documents. The eligibility, required documents and other
scholarship details, refer SAKSHAM portal. The SAKSHAM portal URL is .
Also refer the attachment for instruction and procedure to fill up scholarship form.
Eligibility to apply Uttar Pradesh Government Scholarship :
1. For Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribes family income from all sources should not exceed Rs.
2.50 lacs (Rs.Two Lakshs Fifty Thousand ) per annum.
2. For General / OBC/ Minority family income from all sources should not exceed Rs. 2.00 lacs (Rs.
Two Lakshs) per annum.
List of documents required along with scholarship application.
(To be arranged as per the list of documents on A-4 size paper)
1. Copy of Income Certificate (Which was attached last year) for renewal students.-2 photo copies.
2. Copy of Income Certificate. (Date of Income certificate should be issued of 1st April 2021
onwards for newly admitted students) & Verification printout from competent authority.
(edistrict.up.nic.in, bor.up.nic.in , uponline.up.nic.in. -2 photo copies
3. Copy of Caste Certificate issued by competent authority and verification printout on above websites.
4. Copy of Domicile Certificate of U.P. issued by competent authority & verification printout on
above websites.
5. Copy of College Identification card
6. Copy of 10th, 12th Marksheet & previous year marksheet. -2 photo copies each
7. Affidavit on stamp paper of Rs. 10 by Students and Parents. (Available at college).
8. Anubandha Patra on stamp paper of Rs.100 by student (only for SC & ST students) (Available at
college).
9. Gap Affidavit if there is any gap in study.
10. Copy of College Fee Receipt & Hostel fee receipt (if student resides in College Hostel)
11. Copy of Pass Book of Bank Account located in Gautam Buddh Nagar District.
12. Copy of UPSEE Allotment letter for renewal students.
13. Copy of JEE mains allotment letter for newly admitted students.
14. Copy of certificate of disability (if any).
15. Copy of Aadhar Card.

Important instructions to candidates for filling scholarship forms
1. All the students must have Aadhar card and registered mobile number must be
linked with Aadhar.
2. The students must have to open a Bank account in their name and aadhar card
should be linked with the account.
3. The Aadhar Card details should match with his/her high school and intermediate
marksheets, particularly his/her name, their parents name, gender and date of birth.
4. Students who have taken admission through vacant seats, spot counseling and
management seats are not eligible for applying the UP Government scholarship.
5. Renewal students have to fill their University roll number and enrollment number
compulsory.
6. Students who are eligible for renewal of scholarship are directed to fill only renew
application form and should not fill fresh form. If he or she does not wish to renew
their forms and wants to fill fresh form, then such students have to submit a
written application along with reason for filling fresh form and attach the
application along with scholarship form.
7. Students applied for Central Government scholarship/any other scholarships are
not eligible to apply in the above scholarship.
8. Scholarship will not be given to more than two students from a same family
(applicable for all Scholarship schemes).
9. Provide correct information and fill up the details carefully and diligently. Till the
locking of the application, you will be able to edit it and change the details again/
however, after Final Locking, you will not be able to edit it and change the details
again.
10. Please note that, If you are renewing your Scholarship application for the same
course, you are not required to provide your income and /or caste certificate
afresh/ again for the same course.
11. Bank Account must be in the name of the student and the Account holder must
check their KYC (Know Your Customer) status and bank account must be
operational/active till the scholarship is disbursed. Fill the ISFC code and Bank
name correctly
12. Students who have taken readmission for the session 2021-22 are directed not to
fill the scholarship form. They have to fill the scholarship form in next year.
12. After the submission of scholarship forms on or before last date to Institute,
suspected data (Error in scholarship forms) will be displayed on students portal
along with reason from 16-11-2021 to 26-11-2021. Students have to correct their
errors and submit the first 2 pages of corrected scholarship form along with the
required documents in duplicate on or before 29-11-2021.
13. Students who are filling the scholarship forms for renewal and fresh have to fill
google form compulsorily. scholarship@jssaten.ac.in
14. Students have to fill their previous year marks correctly. For fresh students they
have to fill the marks of their 12th class and for fresh lateral entry students fill
their diploma marks.
15. Students should maintain their attendance not less than 75%.
The applications with no supporting documents will be considered invalid. Thus, the
students need to make sure that they provide all required documents in the specified
format and size.
