Responsible for the overall management of this new manufacturing company. The company was purchased in December of 2003 and has a patent pending on the product, an ice producing, storage, bagging and vending machine. This fast growing new company already has dealerships in 15 states.

2000-to- present: HH&A Construction, Inc. President and major stockholder. A construction company specializing in construction of residential homes and multifamily dwelling units

1992-to-present: BA Consulting and Development, Inc. President and sole stockholder. A consulting business specializing in creating and pursuing innovative business development opportunities. The company has significant experience with land development and multifamily apartment complexes.

1988-to-1992: Delay, Thompson, Alligood and Beck, Inc. President and CEO. Financial planning and business development consultants.

1968-to-1988: Reynolds, Smith and Hills, Architects, Engineers and Planners, Inc.

1983-to-1988: President and CEO of this international design firm with approximately 1800 employees including a parent company and seven subsidiaries providing services in all major fields of architecture, engineering, planning and environmental.

1968 – 1983 Sr. VP Corporate Development. Firm grew from 36 to 1800 employees.

1976-to-1983: RS&H, International, Inc., President. Opened offices in Germany, Egypt and Saudi Arabia.

1963-to-1967: State representative, Orange County- selected the outstanding freshman legislature by the Radio and TV Press Corp.

1960-1968: Executive Director of the Florida Engineering Society

Florida Council of 100- appointed by Governor Askew in 1974, served on the board of Directors, the executive committee and served as Vice President.
