The Consulate makes no warranty, expressed or implied, on the effectiveness of the vehicles auctioned. Payment of necessary taxes is the responsibility of the buyer. On 25th and 26th January’2021 (Monday and Tuesday), bidders must register themselves on accurateauctioneers.in. Auctioneer Service Provider will help in registration. No registration fees will be charged in this Process. On 27th (Wednesday), Four-wheelers will be displayed in front of the function hall beside US Consulate gate no.1, Paigah Palace, 1-8-323, Chiran Fort Lane, Begumpet, Secunderabad, Telangana 500 003, India. Only registered bidders will be allowed. Inspection will take place on 27th January-2021 (Wednesday) between 09:00 and 15:00 hours. On 28th January’2021 (Thursday) and 29th January’2021 (Friday) between 09:00 and 17:00, interested bidders are required to transfer an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) by NEFT/RTGS to “ACCURATE AUCTIONEERS” account number. With unlimited auto extension of 5 minutes. The successful bidder will be informed on 2nd February’2021 (Tuesday) before 11 am. The successful bidder has to make the final payment on 2nd February (Tuesday) or 3rd February’2021 (Wednesday) by 1:00 pm. He should pay the bid amount to “US CONSULATE GENERAL, HYDERABAD” through NEFT/RTGS (Bank account details will be shared with successful bidders) & GST shall be paid to “ACCURATE AUCTIONEERS”, through NEFT/RTGS. The successful bidder’s EMD will be adjusted against the GST amount. The earnest deposit will be retained / adjusted till the successful bidder pays for the bid. Copy of original government identity of buyer is required at the time inspection of the vehicle and while making the payment for processing the documentation. Any unsuccessful bidders will be totally refunded the EMD on 5th February’2021 (Friday) through online mode to the same account. The Four-wheeler will be delivered after completion of ownership transfer. The buyer is responsible to pay registration fees. The First Transfer will take place in Hyderabad RTO only. For the vehicle purchased, Consulate will provide necessary documentation. After making the full payment, buyer must provide the name, copy of Adhar card and address proof (Hyderabad only) where he wants to get the vehicle transferred. Four-wheelers will be handed over outside gate 1 as informed by the Consulate by email. The Consulate reserves the right to delete and may reject any or all bids of offers without assigning any reason thereto. Note: If the successful bidder refuse to pay full amount on 2nd or 3rd February’2021 by 1:00 p.m., Earnest Money Deposit will NOT be refunded by the Consulate / Auctioneer.
