First Bank moves into the next stage of digitalization and launches a new applicationA new mobile banking application, integrating unique features on the local market, has been launched by First Bank, after a year and a half -long transformation process to deliver technology with human touch, which is the bank’s mission.The absolute novelties of the applications are the Strong Customer Authentication, the intuitive user interface, based on customers’ navigation habits and the no obligation regime, for the next 6 months the application being totally free. After this period the application will remain free for all the clients opting for MY Liber package if they bring their recurrent income of 4500 lei. For all the other clients the operation costs, after this period, will be 35 lei/month, a real competitive price considering the premium benefits. All the usual banking operations such as opening current accounts from the mobile, with no bank visits needed, transfers, payments, accounts, Push notifications are made possible and are complemented with free VISA Platinum Card issuance, free ATM withdrawals, free travel insurance and free access on VIP lounges. “An application seems to be only what we see at first sight: an interface allowing us to make banking from our mobile.
