The Constitution of Nebraska as reflected in this publication includes the most recent amendments to the Constitution as proposed to Article I, section 22, by Initiative Measure No. 432; and to Article XV by creating a new section 26 by Laws 2022, LR283CA, and adopted by the registered voters of Nebraska at the Statewide General Election held November 8, 2022, and proclaimed and declared by the Governor to have been approved as provided to the Revisor of Statutes by the Secretary of State.
