DIPLOMAS/NY REGENTS ASSESSMENTS

To earn a Regents Diploma, students must pass 5 NYS Regents exams with a 65% or better in Global Studies, United States History, English 11, one Math, and one Science. An Honors diploma is determined by an overall average of 90 or above on these required exams.

To earn a Regents with Advanced Designation, students must also pass NYS Regents exams with a 65% or better in Global Studies, United State History, English 11, Algebra, Geometry, Algebra 2 Trigonometry, Living Environment, another physical science, and 3 years of LOTE. *Students may substitute 5 units of Art, Music, Technology or a Career and Technical program to replace the Level 3 LOTE requirement to earn their Advanced Diploma. An Honors diploma is determined by an overall average of 90 or above on these required exams.

Mastery in Math – 85% on three Regents math exams
