*When You Contact Home Loan Servicing with a Written Inquiry Within five (5) business days following the receipt of an inquiry, we will provide written acknowledgement that we

have received the inquiry. We will provide you with; a case number, a toll-free number to call to discuss the issue,

and a resolution date for the inquiry.

Within 15 calendar days following the receipt of an inquiry, we will provide a written response that includes the

details of how the inquiry has been resolved and/or the date the inquiry will be resolved.
