The promotion application will be filed by the applicant, viewed by the flight commander and Training Squadron commander (in-turn). With the Cadet Training Squadron Commander’s approval, the application is forwarded through the Cadet Group Commander to the SASI for final approval prior to scheduling the cadet for testing.
