If relative resided outside the United States, you must provide proof of naturalization/non-naturalization as instructed by the Italian Embassy’s website in that country/jurisdiction.Name DiscrepanciesApplicants’ names and parents’ names must appear on all documents as they appear on their respective birth certificates. Any discrepancies on these documents must be amended.
