Recommended Action: That the Board approves the amended agreement with the Salt Lake County Health Department.

Background: In November 2020, the Board approved a data sharing agreement to share student enrollment data with the Salt Lake County Department of Health (USBE210079IAA) in order to expedite contacting schools regarding students who tested positive for COVID-19. This agreement was renewed in 2021 and is set to expire in December 2022. The county department of health has extended their COVID emergency response and would like to pursue an extension through December 2023 or the end of the emergency response. They request that the Board approve this extension.
