|JOB SUMMARY |

|The Program Manager, Analytics & Governance is a key leadership role in Enterprise Analytics, responsible for the development, coordination and delivery of analytic |

|programs to clients across UW Health. The Program Manager is additionally responsible for an assigned portfolio of projects and deliverables within the Analytics |

|Governance domain, and serves as the lead for one or more client facing teams in the analytics governance model. The Program Manager builds and maintains trusted |

|consultative relationships with a variety of leadership stakeholders, actively mentors and develops staff, and leads internal improvement efforts within Enterprise |

|Analytics. |

|The Program Manager is responsible to the Director, Analytics Consulting and works closely with employees and leaders across UW Health and the UW School of Medicine and|

|Public Health. |

|MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES |

|Lead the delivery of one or more strategic analytics programs, including the coordination of projects within each program |

|Lead one or more client analytics team per the data and analytics governance model. This includes developing and maintaining trusted advisor relationship with the |

|senior leader(s) for the assigned client area. |

|Lead an assigned portfolio within the data and analytics governance structure, including but not limited to analytics platform, data quality, data architecture, or |

|metadata including common definitions |

|Guide and influence project managers and project team members, using a consultative, collaborative approach. |

|Ensure that program governance and project delivery follow applicable processes, including processes defined by the IS Project Management Office (PMO) |

|Actively mentor other colleagues by contributing experience and insight to the team and to UW Health. |

|Lead improvement projects within Enterprise Analytics |

| |

|JOB REQUIREMENTS |

|Education |Minimum |Bachelor’s Degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science or related field. |

| |Preferred |Master’s Degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Data Science or related field |

| | |strongly preferred. |

|Work Experience |Minimum |Five (5) years relevant experience in data and/or analytics with three (3) |

| | |years progressive leadership experience in healthcare environment |

| |Preferred |Ten (10) years extensive project and leadership management experience with a positive progression resulting in|

| | |greater levels of responsibility and leadership. |
