Portfolio Characteristics as of 6/30/14

Portfolio Name Transamerica Vanguard ETF Portfolio ? Aggressive Growth VP*

Objective This investment option invests in a portfolio which seeks long-term capital appreciation.

Strategy This investment option invests in a portfolio which seeks to achieve its objective by investing its assets in a combination of underlying exchange traded funds ("ETFs"). Investment strategies include:

? The portfolio expects to allocate substantially all of its assets among underlying ETFs that track the performance of a benchmark index

to achieve targeted exposure to domestic equities, international equities and domestic bonds. The portfolio will normally invest 100% of its assets, excluding cash and cash equivalents, in ETFs that invest primarily in equities. The portfolio intends to achieve a mix over time of approximately 75% of portfolio assets in ETFs that invest primarily in domestic equities and 25% of portfolio assets in ETFs that invest primarily in international equities. These percentages may vary.

? The portfolio's manager decides how much of the portfolio's assets to allocate to each underlying ETF based on what it considers to

be prudent diversification principles and historical performance.

? T he manager may periodically adjust the portfolio's allocations to favor investments in those underlying ETFs that are expected to

provide the most favorable outlook for achieving its investment objective.

Important Information

Underlying ETFs ETFs--a collection of stocks similar to mutual funds that trade like stocks on major exchanges--seek to track a benchmark, are typically relatively inexpensive, and offer a wide range of investment choices. ETFs are subject to risks, including the loss of principal. Their expense ratio is typically lower than similar index mutual funds, but they are subject to brokerage fees and commissions that index mutual funds are not. Transamerica selected Vanguard as the portfolio's primary ETF provider because of their index management expertise and long history of keeping investor costs low. Vanguard ETFsTM: Expertise and value from an indexing authority ? Launched industry's first index mutual fund for individual investors in 1976. ? History of providing ETFs with expense ratios that are among the lowest in the industry. Gross Portfolio Operating Expense: 0.75%

Please consider variable annuity investment objectives, risks, charges, and expenses carefully before investing. The contract and underlying fund prospectus contain this and other information about the annuity. Please call 1-800-525-6205 to obtain a prospectus and read it carefully before investing.

What is a Variable Annuity? Variable annuities are long-term financial vehicles designed for retirement purposes. Underlying investment portfolios are subject to market fluctuation, investment risk, and possible loss of principal. Fees Transamerica variable annuities' range of fees and charges include 0.45%?1.90% M&E&A, 0%?9% surrender charges, $50 annual service charge, and investment option management fees. A fund facilitation fee of up to 0.30% annually may apply for certain investment options. Risks The ability of the portfolio to achieve its objectives depends largely on the performance of the underlying ETFs and mutual funds in which it invests. Diversification does not ensure a profit or protect against a loss in a declining market. Asset allocation, an investing strategy of dividing money among many types of investments, can help investors manage risk but cannot guarantee a profit or guard against loss. ETFs generally present the same risks as an investment in a conventional fund that has the same investment objectives, strategies and policies. The market price of an ETF's shares may be above or below the shares' net asset value; and an active trading market for an ETF's share may not develop or be maintained. Additional Information The portfolio is subadvised by Aegon USA Investment Management, LLC (AUIM). Portfolio managers: Frank Koster*, David Halfpap, CFA, Frank Rybinski, CFA. The investment adviser is Transamerica Asset Management, Inc. Investment option names may vary from their corresponding underlying portfolio names. Please see the contract prospectus for underlying portfolio names. Transamerica Financial Life Insurance Company is licensed in New York.
