Report only Projects that pertain to that program.

TELL YOUR STORY & REPORT YOUR STATS ON VFW AUXILIARY Report Form 2020-2021

Use extra pages if needed~ properly labeled with Auxiliary number, program name and submitter’s name.

To compete for monetary awards given at our Department Convention in each of the program categories, it is necessary to give a detailed description of your project/s, the more details the better. Bonus points are given for adhering to the goals our National VFW Auxiliary is currently emphasizing. Ex. Women Veterans Health Care

It is suggested that you send completed report to appropriate department Chairman no later than 2 weeks after the completion of the event/project. Do not wait until the end of the year.
