1. Product Introduction

2. Operation and Safety Instruction
1.The power cord must have reliable ground connection,the power socket must have special return circuit,don’t share it with other electronic appliance.
2. Check the vibration plate is stable before use.
3. Check the circumstance before running,make sure there is 2x1 square meter safety area behind vibration plate, 1 meter safety area at the right and left side.
4.Only one person a time,strictly forbid over loading.Run with right posture.
5. The user can adjust speed according to their own needs.
6. The user can press “START/STOP” button directly to stop the vibration plate.
7.After exercise,turn off power supply and pull out power cord.
8. The vibration plate is for indoor use only,avoid moisture,don’t put any other articles on the vibration plate or spatter water over it.
9. Wear comfortable sport suit and shoes.
10. Prohibit children to use the vibration plate,avoid the accident.
11. Avoid long time overloading use,otherwise it will cause damage to motor,electronic controller and bearing.
12. Keep the indoor tempreture,reduce dust,avoid strong static,otherwise it will disturb circuit regular work.
13. Don’t continuous use vibration plate over 1 hours
14. Keep the indoor well-ventilated when use the vibration plate.
15. Stop use the vibration plate if there is abnormal conditions during workout,if feel uncomfortable,stop use and consult the doctor.
16. Don’t pull out the power cord with holding of power wire, hold the end of power cord and pull out gently.
17. Contact with distributor if there is abnormal conditions,don’t privately open and repair the machine to avoid unpredictable danger.
3.Mechanical Instruction
1. Make sure you dressed well before use the vibration plate.
2. Keep the power away out of euthermic object.
3. Keep children away from vibration plate.
4. Don’t use the vibration plate outdoor.
5. Shut off the power before moving the vibration plate.
6. Don’t open outer casing without professional staff.
7. Only use the vibration plate one person a time.
8.Any uncomfortable feeling during running,stop exercise and consult the doctor.
9. If you are under any of the following symptoms,please consult your doctor before use.
（1） lowe back pain currently; leg,waist,neck ,and hand was wounded in the past or anaesthesia;herniated disk;acantha slide disease;derencephalocele.
（2）Metamorphotic arthritis,Rheumatism,Gout.
（3）Osteoporosis
（4）Heart Disease,Vascular obstruction,Vascular hypertension.
（5）Respiratory organs obstruction
（6）Currently use heart pacemaker or inserted electronic medical instruments.
（7）Therioma
（8）Disturbances of blood circulation.
（9）High periphery dysaemia caused by diabetes or other disease.
（10）Traumatic skin
（11）Fall ill with fever
（12）Abnormal vertebra or acanthi bending.
（13）Pregnancy,possible pregnancy,or menstruation.
（14）Physically abnormal,need rest quietly to recuperate.
（15）physical sate obvious misadventure.
（16）For healing purpose.
（17）Other uncomfortable physical feeling.
10. Don’t use it if the power cord is broken or the power socket is loose.
11.Mentally retarded person don’t use the machine.
12. Don’t use the vibration plate after drunk.
13.Don’t use the vibration plate when there is hard item in the pocket.
14.Turn off the main power supply and pull out the power cord during none use.
15. Don’t touch the power switch and power cord with wet hand.
16.Pull out the power cord in regular maintenance.
17.If there is abnormity when startup the vibration plate,don’t use it,pull out the power cord and contact with distributor.
18.Make sure the electric outlet have good ground connection.
19.If the user need change the power cord,please make sure the new power cord have ground connection( refer to the right picture).

6.Assembly Instruction
|1.Take out the machine from package box,put the upright column onto machine base like below picture. |

|2.Fasten the upright column with 10pcs M8*16 Inner hexagon disk head screw,10pcs M8 flat washer and 10pcs M8 spring washer like below picture. |

|3.Put on the metal decoration cover like below picture. |

|4.Tighten the metal decoration cover on to base with 4pcs M5x10 screw like below picture,2pcs per side. |

|5. Aline the handrail flange with the screw hole on column,and tighten the M6x16 screw like below picture. |

8.Control Panel Operation
1.Turn on/ off: Turn on the main power at the back of machine and press START/STOP button to run the machine,press the START/STOP again to stop the machine.
2. TIME Up/Down: Adjust the time before run the machine,press TIME Up button to increase the time,press the TIME Down button to reduce the time. The starting up default time is 10 minutes,the maximum adjustment is 20 mintues
3. Speed Adjustment: Press START/STOP button,the default is Oscillation manual program, ROTATE left SPEED+/- rotary knob clockwise to increase oscillation speed,ROTATE the left SPEED+/- rotary knob anticlockwise to reduce oscillation speed.
PRESS the right SPEED+/- rotary knob,the Oscillation movement stop,the machine switch to spiral vibration movement manual program, ROTATE right SPEED+/- rotary knob clockwise to increase the spiral vibration speed,ROTATE the right SPEED+/- rotary knob anticlockwise to reduce the spiral vibration speed.
PRESS the left SPEED+/- rotary knob again,the system will switch back to Oscillation movement.
4.MODE:Rotate”MODE”rotary knob,the system will exchange among P1,P2,
P3,U1,U2,U3.choose the required program and press START/STOP button to run it. P1,P2,P3 are default automatic program;U1,U2,U3 are user defined program.
5.Standby: When the machine is not running,press button 10,the system will
come into STANDBY mode,the whole screen will display a Standby Indicator Light,all the other lights will closed up. Press any button can exit STANDBY Mode.
6.Programming:Rotate MODE rotary knob,choose the program among U1,U2,U3,then press the PROG button,the system will come into the first step of programming,press the TIME button to set time for the current speed,the default movement is oscillation,ROTATE the left SPEED+/- rotary knob to adjust the oscillation speed,or PRESS the right SPEED+/- rotary knob to choose the spiral vibration movement,and ROTATE the right SPEED+/- rotary knob to adjust the spiral vibration speed.press PROG button to confirm,and the system come into the second step of programming automatically,repeat the above step to finish all the 12 steps of programming.Press the START/STOP button to run the program just setting.
Attention:
a) Default maximum speed is 60 levels;Default time is 10 minutes,the maximum adjustment is 20 mintues.
b) When you meet an abnormal operation, or press the START/STOP button,the machine don’t work,please turn off the main power switch on the base of machine and wait for more than 10 seconds, then turn on the main power switch again,the machine will come back to normal operation.
c) The machine will run only one movement at a time.There is a small sound when switch movements,this is a normal feature of the control system switch function.
9. Product Maintenance
A. How to Store
1. Do not store the Vibration Plate
• Near heat or open flame.
• Under the direct sunlight for a long period time.
• Harmful gas and dust, especially humidity.
2. Keep the Vibration Plate
• Usage temperature: 0-35degree.
• Keeping temperature: 5-50degree
• Humidity: under 40%-80%
3. If the Vibration Plate is not use for a long period time, cover it with a piece of clean cloth to protect it from dust.
4. Do not store the Vibration Plate under direct sunlight or at places of high temperature.
5. Do not coil the wire cord as it may cause malfunction to the machine.
B. Self-Maintenance
1. Before cleaning, ensure that the main switch is turned off and AC plug is removed from the electrical outlet.
2. Do not use the Vibration Plate too long for the first time.
3. Switch off power and remove the plug from the socket every time after use.
4. Do not use this machine in wet areas such bathroom, swimming pool or spa.
5. Do not use it when there is too much dust, oil, smoke or caustic gas.
6. Avoid damaging the surface of the Vibration Plate with heavy object, by knocking hand, scratching with force.
C. Cleaning
Using corrosive cleanser is prohibited. Do not use benzene or thinner to clean or spray insecticide on the machine.
