In your new role you will:

Entrepreneurial responsibility for defined revenue and design-win target under consideration of the DSS Division strategy Develop a regional strategy to achieve the growth, business development, and product roadmap goals of the DSS division globally Create and execute Business Development initiatives with strategic customers, internal & external partners (i.e. CMU CyberLab, X-div, distribution) in the region & leverage the Infineon Innovation Center Engage with the key ecosystem players (eg. GAFA) and identify new entrants in the Americas to position DSS and DSS interests Responsibility for development and coaching of the DSS Sales & Marketing Team Americas Secure the necessary infrastructure for the American Sales & Marketing Team and Locations Support the DSS Regional Center Heads in all other regions Drive all necessary actions in order to achieve and to exceed targets defined Price, VPA, contract negotiation at customers in the Americas Maintain customer relationship on all levels Coordinate the operational global Sales activities for Digital Secure Solutions Influencing Global DSS Roadmap and Strategy based on market requirements and customer strategies

Profile

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

You hold degrees in BSEE and MBA (emphasis in marketing preferred) 10+ years of professional experience in sales or marketing experience with management of strategic Global Accounts Strong technical training and experience especially with respect to secure solutions Understanding of DSS products and applications Sufficient Financial skills to create solid business plans Good knowledge of related to logistics, business administration, infrastructure of location and legal requirements (contracts) Deep knowledge and experience in sales processes, in DSS customer structure and DSS market and applications
