|Purpose: |To announce the release of the latest updates to LTC Manual |

| |Information related to RSN funding of personal care services was updated and moved into new section, 7h – |

| |Reference added to direct case management staff to new section, 7h – Appendices, in order to review updated |

| |process for RSN funding of personal care services |

| |Policy directives were updated for clients requesting to receive personal care services while temporarily outside|

| |Deleted home health aide from list of available services |

| |Added information related to use of form 27-147, Housing Modification Property Release Agreement, when |

| |environmental modifications are made to a home rented by the client |

| |Limit for environmental modifications without local approved ETR was increased from $431.27 to $700.00 |

| |Added service code for client training related behavior management/consultation as per MB H17-001 |
