We will provide “Entertainment” in the form of Mobile Disc-Jockey services which includes playing pre-recorded music on a professional sound system and light show that is customized to the size of the venue as mentioned under “Event Information”. We agree on making announcements, and supplying a microphone should you have someone, be your “Master of Ceremonies”. Please indicate under notes if you want us to host the event as “Master of Ceremonies”, Please make accommodations as follows; we may need to view the venue at least 1 month prior to the event, this helps determine the equipment that will be used. In most cases our setup time can range from 1 – 2 hours and 1 hour for breakdown of equipment. We require a 50% deposit at signing of this contract to guarantee the booking of your event. You can pay the remainder in payments prior to the event, but the entire amount needs to be paid one week (7 days) prior to the event. If you cancel event, the deposit is non-refundable due to operating cost and may be applied to a future date with the understanding we are available.
