Now, therefore, Be it resolved by the Senate, the House of Representatives concurring:That the members of the South Carolina General Assembly, by this resolution, recognize November 4, 2019 as “Color the World Orange for Complex Regional Pain Syndrome/Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy Awareness Day” in South Carolina.XX ................
