They are audited regularly by the BRC, which is a four day process to ensure all measures are in place and followed stringently. They have an in house 12 person team who clean and swab the machinery to ensure there are no traces of nuts prior to producing 'nut free' batters. The 'nut free batters' are produced and stored separately from all other cookie dough. They have been in business for 19 years and have never had any issues with cross contamination. For the past 11 years they have been exporting to the US (over 4.3 million tubs) and there have been no issues with cross contamination. (The cookie dough is safer than many products brought into your building including any Tim Horton's product.)
