Introducing

The 2019 Creative Arts Competition Theme "Back to Oz"

In 1939, MGM sent Dorothy Gale and her friends (and Toto, too) down the yellow brick road and into movie history.

Creative Arts invites you to pay an artistic tribute to this movie classic.

We've created a new themed division, #4500, with two classes ? Brillo floats and any other item not entered in other Creative Arts divisions.

Judging will be by People's Choice. Winners will receive special cash awards and ribbons. All contestants who submit a Brillo float may also sign up to pull their float in one of the daily parades across the fairgrounds.

See page 29 for complete details.
