He is also a Doctoral Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D) since 2011. In the past, Dr. Davila has worked with children, adolescents, and adults with developmental disabilities for more than 10 years. He has developed ABA programs to effectively improve a variety of challenging behavioral issues (e.g., self-injurious behaviors, aggression, feeding). Aside from working in the applied setting, he has also taught practicum courses at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. He has provided BCBA supervision to people who are working towards attaining their BCBA certification. Furthermore, he has provided supervision and professional training to direct staff, teachers, parents, residential staff and managers, and day program staff in different settings. ICAN-B is an organization that provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for individuals with Autism and other related disabilities in Hong Kong and the United States. ICAN-B provides other services such as social skills group, parent training, soccer program, media projects, and research and development. Dr. Willy Wong, Li-Wei Dr. Li Wei “Willy” Wong completed his university and post-graduate studies in the United States, Los Angeles. He currently holds a Master of Science and Ph.D. in Applied Behavior Analysis. He is a Doctoral Level Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA-D). He has extensive clinical experience working with children and young adults in the past 12 years. Additionally, he has served as adjunct teaching faculty at National University to teach ABA courses. In 2018, Dr. Wong relocated back to Hong Kong and started to provide professional supervision and ABA training to practitioners, teachers and parents in both Hong Kong and mainland China. Dr Wong is fluent with English, Cantonese and Putonghua. In 2019, he collaborated with Dr. Jose Davila (Co-Founder of ICAN-B USA) and founded ICAN-B Hong Kong to provide top quality ABA therapy for individuals with autism and related developmental disabilities.
