ONLINE COURSE WINDOW DOES NOT POP UP

Question: When I click on the register button, I see a "Thank You" message but the course is not displayed anywhere.

Answer: All online courses appear in additional window, not in the original window. Turn off all pop up blockers and then restart course again from Courses In Progress.

First, check the following three different places that there could be a pop-up blocker on. If none of these work, call your Help Desk and let them know it is not a TMS or Online Course problem, it is a Internet Explorer problem.

1) My Computer -> Control Panel -> Internet Options -> Privacy Tab -> Ensure Pop-up blocker is un-checked

2) Google Tool Bar/Yahoo or other tool bar -> Options -> Tools -> Ensure Pop-up blocker is un-checked

3) Standard Tool Bar -> Tools -> Ensure that it says turn on pop-up blocker.

IMPORTANT: Once you resolve the popup blocker issue, you can resume your course from My Courses -> Courses In Progress.
