In school we learn using fflic a fflac resources so when showing this, the children will be familiar with them. Firstly watch the video from this link Now paint or colour by naming the colours in welsh. To ask the question ‘What colour?’ say ‘Pa liw?’ and children just name the colours.Maybe create a rainbow as this has many colours. Here is a list of the colours:Red-cochYellow-melynBlue-glasGreen-gwyrddBlack-duWhite-gwynPurple-porfforPink-pincOrange –orenGrey-llwydBrown-brownPlay a game. Where is something that is red? But in welsh say Ble mae coch? Ble mae glas?etcOptional Task OutdoorsCreate your own daily exercise routine???????Can you create an exercise routine for you and your family? Your routine needs to include:a warm up which warms up all parts of your body, an obstacle course that includes a variety of physical skills anda cool down. Why not steal some ideas of warm up and cool down activities from these online workouts? PE with Joe Wicks:’s Wild Workouts: create your obstacle course you will need to think about what equipment you have at home to use and what types of movement/balances you will be able to do in the outdoor space you have available (if you do not have a garden or yard, think about what movements you can safely do inside your house). Suggestions of equipment and movements are:Equipment:Skipping rope, ball, bat, beanbag, trampoline, hoop, egg and spoon, material to crawl under, boxes to jump over, chalk etc.Movements (which can be performed in different directions and at different speeds):Run, jump, hop, skip, walk, dance etc.Why not ask someone to video you doing your routine and/or write instructions for your routine for others to follow? Here is an example of some obstacle courses that Mrs Pugsley made with her children on the payment just outside her house (remember to stay safe!) She only used chalk! The best thing about it is that if gets washed away by the rain, you can start all over again with a new design. Why not give it a go?! (2 Dojos will be awarded for evidence of creating a routine) ................
