4D-Toto Forecast App
The App is customised and optimised for smart phones, PDAs, tablets netbooks with screen-size ranging from 3.5 inches to 9.5 inches. But the App can also be accessed by bigger screen devices such as notebooks, desktop PCs, Macs, smart TVs and any other devices that have internet connection.
The 4-D-Toto Forecast App is web-based version of the 4-D WINNING BOX magazine. The App has many useful features that are not available in our monthly magazine, such as:
• Weekly Tips for 4D and Toto
• Weekly recommendation for system and direct numbers
• Special 4D/Toto analysis & comments
• Draw-by-draw update of forecasts & results
• … and more new features will be added from time to time.
(Note. The main forecasts are almost similar to the eZine 4-D WINNING BOX. However, the eZine is designed for access by Notebooks and Desktop PCs which have bigger screen (12” and above).
As a subscriber, you hereby agree to the following terms and conditions:
(1) That you are 18 years old or above.
(2) Not to give away your Access Link, Username and Password to any other person. (Note. There is a built-in control to deactivate a member's account if it is logged in for more than three times per day. This is to prevent excessive abuse and unauthorised person access to the 4D-Toto Forecast App membership site).
(3) Notify Winforever Enterprises immediately of any unauthorized use of your password or account or any other breach of security.
(4) Ensure that you exit from your account at the end of each session. As a security measure, we will track your access to the 4D-Toto Forecast Apps by your usual log-in I.P. address. Any unauthorised log-in by any other persons, and if found to be an abuse, your account may be terminated at our discretion.
(5) Acknowledge that the subscription fees (if any), once paid, is NOT refundable.
(6) That the App is designed to provide its subscribers with data, information and forecasts. It is meant to assist you to play the legalised lottery games as a pastime and for sheer fun of it. It is NOT meant to encourage gambling. We are NOT involved in or linked with any form of illegal lotteries or organised gambling which contravenes the Gaming Acts of Singapore.
(7) That while every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of the information at this site, the information is supplied without representation or warranty of any kind. Winforever Enterprises, its staff or associates, however, assumes no responsibility for any loss that may be suffered by any person who relies totally or partially on any information contained in our App. Users agree to take their own risks in using the information therein.
(8) That your Access Link (web URL) / UserName / Password to the App will be emailed to you
(Reminder: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Access Link, UserName and password. Under no circumstances should you give away your User name, password and access link to another person).
(9) Consent to receive notifications and communications from us in the form of sms/email/letter relating to our advertisements, promotion, services, etc.
