As far as we know, the notes below pertaining to Coronavirus still apply:
Please remember - notes concerning Coronavirus
The purpose of maintaining records and displaying an official NHS QR poster
By maintaining records of staff, customers and visitors, and displaying an official NHS QR poster, you will help NHS Test and Trace to identify and notify people who may have been exposed to the virus.
You must register for an official NHS QR code and display the official NHS QR poster.
The NHS COVID-19 app has a feature that allows users to quickly and easily ‘check in’ to your venue by scanning the code. The information stays on the user’s phone. In England, you do not have to ask people who choose to ‘check in’ using the official NHS QR code to provide their contact details. If there is an outbreak associated with a venue, a message will be sent to the relevant app users with the necessary public health advice.
This will help to avoid the reintroduction of lockdown measures and support the country to return to, and maintain, a more normal way of life.
In addition to maintaining and sharing records where requested and displaying an official NHS QR poster, you must also continue to follow other government guidance to minimise the transmission of COVID-19. This includes maintaining a safe working environment and following social distancing guidelines.
The relevant settings this applies to are:
• clubs providing team sporting activities
• facilities for use by elite and professional sportspeople (including sports stadia)
• indoor sport and leisure centres
• cafes, including workplace canteens
• bars, including bars in hotels or members’ clubs
Please note this updated guidance comes into effect from the 24th September and failure to comply will result in Government issued fines.
Full information on test and trace can be found here:
Clubs who currently use QR codes must read this important information here, you are required to use the NHS QR Code.
Can clubs also please ensure that a manual track and trace form is available to complete for those whose phone does not allow use of the new Q Codes.
The League is unable to agree to postpone any fixture on unsubstantiated claims relating to player availability. Clubs failing to fulfil fixtures for any reason will be charged. The League Management Committee will carefully consider all charges of "Unfulfilled Fixture" specifically to determine if the reasons for it are valid and the evidence justifies a club’s decision not to fulfil a fixture. Evidence justifying a player’s Covid unavailability would include NHS communications with those affected either in terms of test results or self-isolation instructions.
The Management Committee will compare the total number of players justifiably unavailable for all reasons, including Covid, against the total number of players registered to play for a club in this competition, to determine that the club’s actions are, or not, justifiable.

Round-Up
One midweek game, in Division 1, a 4-0 win for Andover New Street Swifts over AFC Netley, Joe Woodward bagging a brace, and consolidating his team’s second place in the table.
On Saturday, it was a good day for the chasing teams in the Senior Division as leaders Bush Hill were beaten 2-5 in the big match at fifth place (and unbeaten, with games in hand) Paulsgrove. A first-half hat-trick by Danny Lane for the hosts did a major part of the damage. Second-place Locks Heath had a solid 2-0 win at Overton United, with two early goals by Tristan Dawson (very early) and Connor Johnson, and third-place Fleetlands, playing at Bay House School, notched double figures against Sway, with seven of these before the break – two goals each for Kelvin Robinson, Sam Adams, and Phil Archibald. Fourth-placed Infinity also kept the pressure on the leaders with a 2-1 win over Liphook United which also preserved their unbeaten record; Jamie White got the winner. In mid-table, Hayling United move into sixth with a 3-1 home win over Stockbridge, goals either side of the break, through Ben Metherell, Dan Clasby and George Gregory, being responsible. Clanfield move above Colden Common with a 5-0 beating of Winchester Castle at West Leigh Park (Dylan Riches and Adam Smalley getting two each), the Commoners only drawing 2-2 with second-bottom Chamberlayne Athletic, for whom Joe Mahoney scored twice, but the visitors are still winless this season. Finally, Liss Athletic inflicted defeat number thirteen on bottom club Lyndhurst with a 4-2 home win, two of those for Brad Miles.
In Division 1, Moneyfields Reserves were back in action with a vengeance, with a 12-0 win at bottom club AFC Petersfield. Olly Long got four of the twelve, and the Penfolds got two each. Andover New Street Swifts stay second with a good 5-2 win at Broughton, four of these in the first half-hour, all different scorers; Ryan Steele’s pair for the home team wasn’t enough in the end. Denmead move back into third with a 3-1 home win against Upham, two of these for Kieran Hammond, and QK Southampton move into fourth after a remarkable 11-4 home win over Clarendon. Sam Sheppard got four of these for QK, and Tom Nichols and Jack Hussey also weighed in with hat-tricks. Ethan Amies-Taylor got two of Clarendon’s goals. A surprise 1-3 defeat at Headley United, for whom Henry Smith scored two in the first eight minutes, means that Harvest Home move back down to fifth, and South Wonston Swifts are down to sixth after a single goal defeat at home to Silchester, Tom Etheridge the man on target there, and they join the Swifts on 16 points. Last but not least, Kingsclere notched up their fourth win in five games with a 3-1 home win over AFC Netley, and move up the table to ninth. Goals by Shawn Foster, and both the Hamiltons (Sam and Lee).
