Solicitation 03210, Appendix B – Special Terms and Conditions is amended to add the following.

Price Adjustments to line Items:

Discounts of price list or catalogs shall remain firm and fixed for the life of the contract.

Manufacturer Drop Shipments: Orders of three cases or more are FOB destination, freight prepaid and included. Orders less than three cases are FOB Manufacturer’s shipping point, freight prepaid and added to the invoice as a separate line item.

Solicitation 03210, Appendix D – Price Sheet of original solicitation is replaced in its entirety with the imbedded document dated 12-09-10.
