Both the Watercolor and Oil paint brush effects are some of the most realistic I’ve worked with. The interface is not difficult to master and it does not require overly high system resources. It works best with JPEG images under 4000 pixels (largest dimension). There is both a Windows 32 bit and 64 bit version and Mac Os 10 version.WaterlogueWhile there aren’t a whole lot of tweaks you can do, this program does an incredible job of creating a very realistic watercolor rendering from a photo.
