Please inform your IT with the below information:
Brief information in connection with the natific M3K installation:
-natific M3K uses Microsoft .NET Framework 4. Please make sure this is installed before the M3K installation. For Windows XP and Windows 7 it needs to be installed separately, for Windows 8 and 8.1 and 10 it can be turned on as a Windows feature in Windows control center.
-If you use Datacolor Tools, please empty the Tools desktop. (Not the windows desktop. Please use the Std > Desktop > List current standards option in your Tools) You should store the measurements there into the database or export them into a QTX for the time of the installation.
-natific M3K needs access to the following servers: (firewall configuration guide)

-Please note, that in case you use Datacolor Tools on multiple machine for the CAP retailer, we need to install the CAP form to every of those computers. natific M3K should be installed only on one.
-If you use x-rite iQC on multiple machines for the CAP retailer, we will need to install the eJob template and natific M3K on each computer.
-You are obliged to enter the following additional information during the measurement:

Remote Support Session

Once the appointment has been arranged between you and the natific Support Team, further steps are needed to get
ready to the Remote Support Session. Throughout the session, we connect to the computer with TeamViewer Quick
Support. We have collected the processes below, in order to have a flawless remote session.
Please read through this summary first before download and follow the process.
If you experience any complication or you are unsure of this process, please ask your IT department.
Download the file:
TeamViewer QuickSupport download is needed on the right computer
It MUST be the machine where you have the QC software (Datacolor Tools or X-Rite iQC)
Please use this link to get the right software (click here to start download)

Make sure you select 'Save as...' and save the file to the computer. Please do not select 'Run'
Please always use this client for the remote session.
Please DO NOT use your (or any other) TeamViewer installation.
Please DO NOT install a new version of TeamViewer as that can lead to compatibility issues.
Open file before the appointment:
1. Please start this process at least 5 minutes before the appointment!
2. Find the file on the computer
3. Open file on administrative mode
Right click on the mouse button to bring the menu up and select 'Run as an Administrator'

If you are running Windows XP in a corporate environment in normal user mode,

EXCEPTION: If you are running Windows XP with default setup, then starting it normally should be fine
4. Please send "Your ID" and "Password" that appears in the tool to us (support@)
Please do NOT confuse this ID and password with you natific account details!

The Appointment
1. Our Support Person will connect to your computer to perform the necessary support tasks
2. You will be sharing the control of the computer (mouse and keyboard) with the Support Person
3. Through the session please use the chat to communicate with our IT Support Person:
