Re-ordering of favorites by the Narrator keyboard user will not result in automatic read-out of the moved or dropped location of moved favorites; the user will need to explore or re-read the favorites list to confirm the updated list.The command console (cmd.exe) doesn't support Narrator for reading text. ................
