If contributors enter a description each time they make a change, this description is listed along with the date and the contributor’s name.Recent Activity Bar: In the right sidebar, there is a bar which lists recent changes and who made them. Once we set up an account and log in for the first time, we are directed to a default front page of PBWorks.Q.12 How do we invite students to become users of PBWorks?Ans. If we choose to let people access or edit our workspace, then we have to provide the workspace link or URL to others and ask them to request access. To give access to people, we simply click Approve from Users tab. We create user accounts for students from Users tab. Click on Add more users. Select create accounts for your students. In the wiki editor view, type the link text where we want to insert the link within the page. Then, choose to insert all link to a new page from the Insert Links bar in the right sidebar. Then, in the prompt window, enter the URL of the webpage.Q.21 How do we upload files from our computer to the workspace?Ans. From Pages and Files tab, navigate to the folder where we want to put the new file. Then drag and drop the file from our computer to the PBWorks folder.Q.22 How do we download files from the workspace to your computer?Ans. From Pages and Files tab, we select the file which we want to download from the folder in the workspace. PBWorks will display the contents as a wiki page.
